5-6 calls over 4+ months. Escalated to supervisor 5 times. Zero resolution. "Get Your Free Wash" button 404'd for the entire window. 5+ missed seasonal campaigns. Anthony drafted a strongly-worded email in Feb 2026 demanding API access, intro pricing, phone support, documentation. That email plus persistence opened the Arcadia contact. The lesson: escalate politely but firmly; vendors will produce a real human when the escalation costs them more than the fix.
